Kerry ‘s path to learning and development started 25 years ago in the banking industry, where she began as a cashier trainer at Metway Bank and progressed to Network Training Manager responsible for branch training across three states. During this time, Kerry’s my passion for learning and development was embedded and she worked with several organisations in senior and national L&D positions.
Kerry has as passion to help the L&D industry achieve greater recognition and continual learning for L&D practitioners. Kerry enjoys working with fellow L&D professionals because of their energy, enthusiasm and passion to help people.
In 2006, Kerry took a leap of faith and established the Australian Institute of Professional Facilitators. Four years later, the Institute for Learning Professionals was born, giving greater prominence to the discipline of “learning”.
ILP offers L&D Professionals with opportunities, resources and support to achieve success, build capability and connect with peers. Leading Australia’s premier L&D industry membership organisation, Kerry has a unique perspective on the industry, past, present and future.
